1-First you should measure your wrist as shown below.

2-Compare your measurement with the size chart below.

     S  - For 14-18 cm Wrists

     M - For 18-22 cm Wrists

     L  - For 22-26 cm Wrists

(The space between the two ends of the cuff will vary between 1 and 5 cm depending on the thickness of your wrist. When a size S cuff is worn on a 16 cm wrist, there will be a gap of approximately 3 cm.)
