Return & Exchange Conditions

The following conditions apply only to www.fersknit.com:

You can return the products you purchased from www.fersknit.com within 14 days from the delivery date and receive the full amount you paid. 

In order to use this right, the revocation decision must be notified to www.fersknit.com within this 14-day period.

You can use the contact form at the bottom of the contact page for notification.

If you make the return without obtaining approval from www.fersknit.com, your return will not be accepted, and your shipment will not be received.

The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal for goods that are produced according to the special requests and demands of the consumer or that are customized or personalized.

In cases where a product is specially produced in a color different from the one presented on the website at the request of the BUYER, or in special orders other than the ring size range, necklace, and bracelet length presented on the website, or in the case of rings, including wedding rings, where text is written inside, or in the case of changes in the ring size, necklace, bracelet length, and model made at the request of the BUYER after the delivery of the product to the BUYER, these products, which are specially produced according to the customer's special requests, fall within the scope of products where the right of withdrawal cannot be used.

The orders you wish to return must be sent to the address we will notify you of, complete with the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms, and any gift items, exactly as they were sent to you. Products for which the original invoice is not sent will not be refunded the VAT and any other applicable legal obligations.

For invoices issued on behalf of your company, in order for the return process to be completed, you must send the product along with the return invoice issued by your company. If the return invoice is not issued for orders with an invoice issued on behalf of your company, the return process will not be completed.

After the return is received, if the products were paid for using a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the credit card, and if it was paid through a bank transfer, it will be refunded to the bank account.

Our Stores' Return & Exchange Conditions

The following conditions apply only to stores selling Fers branded products:

All our return and exchange procedures in our stores have been prepared by examining Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, and all rights that our customers have within this framework are meticulously observed. All products purchased from our stores can be exchanged within 14 days from the invoice date under the conditions specified below, provided that it is determined that they have not been used.

We would like to inform you that all our products in the category of products whose prices are determined in the stock exchange or other organized markets (such as gold, silver, etc.) are outside the scope of full refund without loss in accordance with the law.

We would like to inform you that products that are specially produced for the individual at the request of the buyer, and products that are personalized by making changes or additions (such as custom ring sizing, bracelet size changes, engraving, production with different stones, etc.) are outside the scope of exchange and return.

If your product is eligible for return, you can exchange it with any product group you desire in our store, regardless of which product group it belongs to.

If you wish, you can choose not to receive an immediate product in return for your exchange item. Through the gift voucher provided by our store, you or your loved ones can make your purchases at a later time.

If the value of the item you will receive in exchange is less than the value of the item you are returning, our store will assist you by issuing a gift voucher for the difference.

Unfortunately, we cannot process transactions for products with lost certificates. We kindly ask you to carefully keep the certificate of the product you have purchased.
