When Receiving Your Product 

Please check for any damage or issues with your product's box before signing the cargo report. If there is any damage or shortage for any reason, or if the package seal is open, please return the box without signing any documents related to the delivery, requesting a report from the courier. Upon fulfilling this obligation, new products will be sent to you immediately. We will not be responsible for any damage or shortage of the products inside if products with damaged boxes or claimed to be incomplete are accepted upon delivery. Please inform us in writing at the earliest convenience at info@fersknit.com.
